Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across all of Catalonia, with particular coverage in the Barcelona metropolitan area, and throughout mainland Spain. For orders outside Catalonia, please ask us about specific conditions.

What are the delivery times?

24–48 business hours from order confirmation for the Barcelona metropolitan area and most of Catalonia. For the rest of mainland Spain, delivery may take 48–72 hours.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes, shipping is free on orders over €80. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated based on destination and weight, and will be confirmed before you finalise your order.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. You can collect your order directly from our shop at Avinguda d'Isabel la Catòlica, 92, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, during opening hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (in store), bank transfer, direct debit and credit/debit card.

Do you offer deferred payment?

Yes. Regular customers can benefit from 30-day deferred payment. Enterprise customers enjoy 60-day payment terms. Deferred payment is activated based on the commercial relationship and subject to prior approval.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the steps and applicable deadlines.

Which products can be returned?

We accept returns of unused products in good condition and in their original packaging. Personalised products (stamps, merchandising) are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
